This sale has been postponed due to some construction that had to be done in the home where we are doing the sale. Approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the construction has finished we will repost the sale.

We will have plain clothed security on site.

N.C. Dept. of Revenue requires all Estate Sale companies to charge 7.25% sales tax for all purchases unless you have a valid sales Tax number. If you have a number you need to present us with a filled out tax form E 595 E that shows your tax ID information before you purchase. We will have some blank forms on hand.
