All items are sold as is with no refunds
EARLY SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE AT THE HOME AROUND 7:00 AM BEFORE SALE STARTS ON SATURDAY MORNING.
We will have plain clothed security on site.
Bring help to load large items.

N.C. Dept. of Revenue requires all Estate Sale companies to charge 7.25% sales tax for all purchases unless you have a valid sales Tax number. If you have a number you need to present us with a filled out tax form E 595 E that shows your tax ID information before you purchase. We will have some blank forms on hand.
